Merchandise ordered on GrandeCosmetics.eu European sites is shipped via Royal Mail International to France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands and Poland.

You can track your order at any time online by logging into your account. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, you may also contact our Customer Service team.

Please note, as we ship via Royal Mail International (located in the United Kingdom), tracking is unavailable once your package has left the United Kingdom.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns may be made up to 90 days from your delivery date for a full refund of your purchase amount. We are committed to offering our customers the finest products available. If you feel the products you receive from Grande Cosmetics does not meet this expectation, simply return the product and we would be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Exchanges of unopened items are also accepted up to 90 days of delivery.
